What a fantastic week, I made so many new friends, and had new experiences which I would never had done on a normal holiday.

Jools and Coz are fantastic ladies who really know their vocations and made the week memorable, together with the chef Julia who's food was brilliant.

The daily Pilates classes were both energising and challenging. Food was superb and I left feeling lighter and refreshed.

Corinne Hutchinson

Corinne is founder of Coz Pilates, a Reformer, Mat and MOTR Pilates teacher, running her own classes in Berkshire, as well as working with individuals on a 1:1 and 1:2 basis in her Hurley based studio.

Pilates has changed her life after suffering with a herniated disc and severe back pain and has enabled a pain-free life through Pilates practice with a passion to help and guide others.

With years of teaching experience working with a range of injuries and body types, you will be in safe hands whatever Pilates experience you have, including total beginners.

Classes are creative but carefully planned to ensure everyone leaves feeling more mobile, flexible, strong and with a deeper mind-body connection.

 

Juliet Hartis

Jools is the founder of Freedom Health, a naturopathic osteopath and health coach. Her osteopathy clinic is in Cookham Dean, Berkshire and coaching is by phone or online.

Having qualified as an osteopath nearly 20 years ago, Jools has helped thousands of people and believes that supporting people to heal their body and mind through natural methods and sustainable lifestyle changes is the path to abundant health, energy and happiness.

We all know (and are constantly told!) what we need to do to live a healthier life, but few of us actually do it... Health coaching is the bridge that takes you from knowing, to doing.

Jools' other passions include skiing and paddleboarding, happily both of which you can do in Turkey!
